In which I write down all those musings of which the world has been horribly deprived until this moment.
(Progressive Politics, Liberal Religion, Sex, and the occasional abnormality that bubbles forth from goodness knows where.)
That is fasinating. Why, if U.S. GNP grew by 55% (much more that populations growth), do people feel less better off today than 10 years ago ? Productivity also grew greatly during this time period.
There should not be any problem in our devoting a major portion of this 55% increase to universal health care coverage.
I espect the explanation is that the 55% increase went to just the most weathy and that wealth inequality in the U.S. just increased dramatically.
This is a button that allows you to give me money for no reason whatsoever. Why you would want to do this I have no idea. You will get absolutely nothing in return. But I certainly won't object if you do. Maybe if you bribe me enough you can sway my opinion or something. It works on Congress.
